For our clients in Falmouth this was a real advantage since their requirements altered during the initial build phase, and they decided quickly that they wanted to do much more than they anticipated. The changes we made, reviewed that doing more work and obviously spending a lot more, would add a lot more value than doing half of it. As a result, we developed a scheme to refurbish and remodel the entire house whilst work commenced and all was completed seamlessly.

The trust that was set between ourselves and the client, was and is, paramount. Without it we would not be able to work to schedules and implement changes, as we ran alongside the building work. We pride ourselves on being honest, open and transparent and forming firm bonds with our clients.
