House Doctor Service
Whilst our primary business is Interior Design and the provision of quality fixtures
and furnishings, we are often called upon to prepare houses for bringing to market.
This involves a frank and thorough appraisal, highlighting the positive attributes
and more importantly identifying those aspects that require change. You never get
a second chance to make a good impression.
We provide sound advice on how the property
should be presented to enhance its aesthetic appeal and so maximise its selling potential.
A follow up visit can be made to check that it is ready for viewing and we also provide
a “home staging” service to ensure the photographs do justice to the property. We
even offer a Portfolio Package with photographs of the property on a CD for use by
a vendor or other agents.
A basic appraisal visit is charged at £150.00 (including
VAT) but excluding travel costs and this may be all that is required to increase
the chance of a rapid sale at the optimum price. Should you opt for “Home Staging”
and/or “Portfolio” packages we will provide and estimate of the likely costs following
the initial appraisal visit based on the level of involvement required, type, size
and location of property.
