Our clients stumbled across us whilst shopping in Falmouth, they invited us to come and give them some ideas on their new holiday home that had recently brought and within a few months had decided to completely renovate it. They went home to their main house out of county and left us to design, project manage and build. we kept them up to date with developments and many decisions were made by email or telephone. They wanted a typical cornish coastal holiday home. The entire cottage needed gutting, it had previously been a shop then a gallery and originally LLoyds bank! The result was fabulous, when they first saw the finished house they couldn't speak. They now still pop into to see us whenever they are down and we regularly add and solve any issues for them whilst they are away. This can often be a large problem for second home owners whom need someone they can trust locally who can act as a key holder and is capable of sorting any maintenance issues. We are now advising our clients on their new project a beach house in India!
